90 days on labor, 365 days on parts. Genuine OEM parts only.

When we run calls

- Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm
- Saturday
- Sat, 9am–4pm
Closed Sunday. Calls after hours are returned the next working morning.
EPA Section 608 certified technicians for sealed-system refrigerant work. Licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
What the fee is not
No surcharges we did not name
- No trip charge on top of the diagnostic. One fee covers getting here and finding it.
- No evening, weekend or holiday rate. We run one schedule and that is the whole of it.
- No charge for a quote you did not ask for. The estimate covers the fault you called about.
- No parts ordered before you approve them in writing.
- No work on any other manufacturer, at any price. Viking equipment only.
